Nice one. ;-)
My wife met somebody from Broken Arrow over the weekend. She's a veterinarian and spoke with that pronounced Okie twang, so my wife asked where she's from.
My wife told me about it later. "The vet is from Oklahoma. Some town called Broken Arrow."
"Oh yeah, that's next to Tulsa."
My wife looks at me with astounded admiration. "That's what she said. How do you know that?"
I give my know-it-all shrug and reply, "Doesn't everybody know?"
My crew chief has a friend in Texas who said, "Broken Arrow? Broken Bow? Don't you Okies ever fix ANYTHING?"
That's sorta kinda why I use Broken Elbow as Wally's home town. It kinda fits.
Haha, I saw that image elsewhere, and had to post this there, too. This bike is locked almost as well.
