Ice Storm Update 2

Owasso PD is experiencing electrical problems. They're concerned that central dispatching and 911 service may be disrupted. The dispatchers control fire, police, and ambulance communications.

They're apparently running on battery power.

• Nowata Fire Department, 400 South Locust in Nowata
